As a guest on C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal” on September 4, 2006, I talked about the Center for Public Integrity’s study of Capitol Hill lawmakers taking trips privately funded by pharmaceutical companies as well as proposed changes in the current congressional travel rules.

 

On April 15, 2002, when I was Washington editor of Mother Jones, I appeared on C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal” with Terry Jeffrey, the editor of Human Events (the right-wing newsweekly).

On December 31, 2001, soon after I became the Washington editor of Mother Jones magazine, I was a guest on C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal,” where I was interviewed by host Lew Ketchum and took quite a few calls from viewers.

On June 12, 1998, during my first stint as director of investigative projects at the Center for Public Integrity, I talked about reporting on money in politics at the convention of the Association of Alternative Newsweeklies in Washington, D.C. I remember being surprised that a C-SPAN crew was there to capture the session on video,
